Shipping policy

We take care in preparing and packaging each Hue order with the same attention to detail as we put into our teahouse.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically packed and shipped within 3–5 business days. During special releases or busy seasons, processing may take a little longer.

• Shipping Methods: We primarily ship through UPS. Tracking information will be sent once your order is on its way.

• Delivery Times: Most domestic orders arrive within 5–7 business days after shipping. International shipping times vary.

• Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. 

• Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please reach out to us so we can help make it right.

• Local Pickup: If you’re in Denver, we may offer local pickup during select events, just choose this option at checkout (when available).
