Refund policy

We understand that plans can change, and we want to be as flexible as possible while respecting the time and preparation that goes into each event.

• Full Refunds: Cancellations made 3 or more days before the event are eligible for a full refund.

• Within 72 Hours: Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event are non-refundable, as we will have already begun preparation.

• Reschedules: If something comes up, we’re happy to reschedule your booking for another date (subject to availability). Please reach out as soon as possible so we can make arrangements.

• Special Circumstances: Life happens! If you have an emergency or illness, please reach out, we’ll do our best to accommodate.

• Event Cancellations by Hue: In the rare case that we need to cancel or reschedule, you’ll receive a full refund or credit toward a future date, your choice.
