• What does "hue" mean?

    In the same way we all see color differently, the idea of home is different for each of us as well. The name "hue" celebrates those differences, not as good or bad, but simply as a contrasting color. 

  • What can I expect?

    Come alone or with friends, listen to music and look at interesting photo books/zines all while drinking various kinds of tea. A lot of people have described hue as a kind of middle space, so you might make some new friends along the way!

  • Do you serve alcohol?

    No, we don’t serve alcohol. hue was created as a space to slow down, connect, and be present. For us, that doesn’t require alcohol. Most of our team doesn’t drink, and we love showing that good company and an intentional experience are more than enough to make you feel special.

  • What kinds of tea do you serve?

    We serve multiple kinds of loose leaf tea, including black, green, white, oolong and herbal.

    Our specialty options change on a monthly basis, so check out our social media or email newsletter to see our updated menu.

  • Do you allow walk-ins?

    We allow walk-ins on a limited basis, depending on the amount of space at each venue. On average this is 2-4 per hour and a half.

    The address of the popup will be posted on our social media 24 hours before the event along with information for walk-ins.

    *As a note, reservations will always take priority over walk-ins.

  • There is only one booking available, but I want to bring more people with?

    Due to a limited about of space and seating, we can only have a limit on our time slots. Feel free to book another slot that fits your group accordingly or contact us if you have any questions. We will always do our best to fit everyone in! <3

  • How to cancel or reschedule

    You can cancel up to 72 hours before your booking for a full refund. Need to change your plans? You can reschedule up to 48 hours before(subject to availability). If something unexpected comes up, please reach out, we’ll always do our best to help.

  • Can I bring extra people?

    1 Reservation = 1 Person.

    We want to make sure everyone attending has the best experience possible without worrying about turning people away due to seating or running out of ingredients.

    Example: If you're coming with 3 people, your reservation must be for 3 attendees, not just 1.

  • Where is hue located?

    we are a popup teahouse, so you'll find us all around Denver! After making a reservation, our address is sent out 24 hours in advance!

  • Are pets allowed in the event space?

    No, pets are not allowed in the event space. In order to keep the space accessible and welcoming to everyone, we do not allow animals for any event, or show. If you have questions regarding this, feel free to dm us.

  • Can you explain your pricing?

    Your initial purchase confirms your booking as well as three rounds of beverages per person from our menu.
